I sent out my first quarterly report to school principals and district directors this week, and so far have received some good feedback. There are a couple of reasons I think this was so successful:
I'm already gearing up for next quarter, where I will focus on information literacy, research skills, and database usage stats. My budget gets submitted in January (crazy to think 2016-17 barely started and I'm already planning for 2017-18), and last year it got sent back to me several times specifically because our database subscriptions were perceived as too expensive. Hopefully, an infographic report like this one will help explain the value of these expenditures.
